CPIA accepted 3 more new companies

The new members of the Czech Power Industry Alliance are V-NASS, a.s., Bilfinger Czech Republic, s.r.o. and Innomotics, s.r.o. The companies are among the major suppliers in the energy sector.

V-NASS, a.s. is a traditional partner for precision machining, at the same time it is a supplier of high quality nickel alloy patterns or assembled units, including hydrostatic or gas pressure testing. The company manufactures new parts, remanufactures and assembles used parts, and offers specific treatments such as hardening, nitriding, special coatings or coatings and spraying. The companyhas been a member of the ANACOT CAPITAL since 2016.

Bilfinger SE is an European multinational company based in Mannheim, Germany, specializing in industrial processes. It offers a wide range of services including maintenance, expansion and operation of industrial plants, as well as technology, solutions and consulting for the process industry worldwide.

The company focuses on improving efficiency and sustainability in a variety of industries, including energy, chemicals and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, and oil and gas. Its services cover the entire lifecycle of industrial facilities from initial design and engineering through manufacturing and assembly to maintenance and upgrades.

In the Czech Republic, Bilfinger Czech Republic, s.r.o. is expanding its engineering activities, demonstrating its commitment to strengthening its presence in the local market and providing quality industrial engineering services.

The goal of Innomotics, s.r.o. is to offer quality and reliable solutions in the field of electric drives with high added value for the customer. For drives, in addition to solutions with increased reliability, the company also focuses on increasing energy efficiency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Both conventional and nuclear power are now one of the main application areas for its products.  The company sees this as a strategic area for the future.

As of 1 October 2023, the company was spun off from Siemens AG into the newly established entity Innomotics GmbH, which has been part of the US investment group KPS Capital Partners since 1 October 2024.

In the Czech market, it operates under a separate company, Innomotics, s.r.o. As part of the spin-off of the electric motors and high-voltage inverters portfolio, four production sites in the Czech Republic were also transferred to the new company, at three locations: in Mohelnice, Frenštát and Drásov.
